| Requires a minimum three years mortgage experience and the proven ability to close an average of 40 loans per year, evidenced by providing your last 12-months W-2, or if you hire an experienced Senior Loan Officer at the inception of your branch approval/opening, you may qualify to open a TLG Branch. |
| How long does it take to get my branch up and running? |
| Once you have completed the Branch Manager Application and Agreement, Office Facility Lease Agreement, Partnership Agreement (if applicable) and Employee Pack you must submit the completed information to Human Resources (HR). Your branch will be reviewed for approval. You will be notified of your branch status within 72 hours of the HR receipt of information. |
| What are the charges to the branch? |
| Transcontinental’s Branch Program is one of the most cost effective programs in the industry. Administrative Fee against the profit center for company provided services are $495 per transaction and $495 processing fee (fees vary for equity lines, HELOC'S, etc.) |
| How do I get paid? |
| Employees are paid every Thursday. All employees are paid W-2 wages. Direct Deposit is available. |
| How is the profit of the branch calculated? |
| Each Transcontinental Branch is a separate profit center set up exclusively for each branch. All income from each closing (origination fee, discount points, par plus pricing, processing fees, etc.) is placed in the profit center checking account of the branch. All expenses related to the branch, including but not limited too, rent, electric, copy machine, computers, supplies, processing expenses, payroll, state and federal payroll taxes, workers' compensation, TLG administrative fee and profit sharing fee, etc., are deducted from each closed transaction to determine the net profit on each closed loan. All profit centers are required to maintain a minimum balance in the profit center account of $2,000. |
| Are there any monthly volume quotas for a TLG Branch? |
Yes, TLG is interested in setting up branches that close a minimum of 3 or more closings each month. This minimum quota of three closings a month helps TLG Corporate provide a higher level of service to fewer branches, while maintaining our goal of becoming one of the country’s largest volume affiliate branch organization.

| Who is responsible for hiring branch employees? |
| All branch employees are hired by the branch manager with the approval of the HR Deparmtent. A completed Employee Pack must be faxed to HR in order to complete the hiring process. |
| Is processing available at the corporate office? |
| TLG Corporate has developed a large team of experienced and professional processors who work out of our corporate office or regional centers. In addition, TLG has an extensive list of approved contract processors ready to serve our branches. |

“Interstate Training” conducts a custom Business and Marketing Seminar for Transcontinental Lending Group applicants. As the seminar is not a “promise of employment” it is required before you can be considered for a position.

Florida mandated 14 hour Continuing Education Credits (Transcontinental is a
Florida based Corporations and Florida CEU credits are required for all new employees)
- $69.00 for students who have already completed the current required
Florida 14 hour Continuing Education Credits (verifiable certificate will be required to be provided to Human Resources)

Seminars will be offered in the Transcontinental Corporate Centers or will be broadcast by live meeting monthly from the live Ft Lauderdale Class if there is not a location or class schedule in your location. Seminar dates , times and locations will be posted on the Transcontinental Events Calendar located @ www.tlg.bz
At the end of the Seminar you will receive a certificate of completion that will be forwarded to Human Resources and will assist in the determination of your hiring process.
