How does the Transcontinental turn-key system work?
The first step is to interview with one of our branch managers or attend one of our online recruiting seminars.  Once an offer of employment is extended, you must register online for your in-house training class(es). You and your branch manager or designee will work closely together to establish and set goals, discuss strategies and design a game plan to market the hottest niche products in today’s market. Your branch manager or designee will be your personal coach and guide who will give you the greatest opportunity to change your results from average to extra-ordinary. 
What additional support does the company provide?
Transcontinental’s unique turn-key system provides many opportunities to add to your technical product knowledge and marketing skills. Transcontinental will  host a periodic lenders presentation, bringing the companies top “A” Paper, FHA, VA, Commercial Leasing Lenders together to teach struggling loan officer the ins and outs of lending products twice a month. The company provides additional product and marketing training via a company wide conference call.

Every quarter, the company holds an all day sales and marketing Boot Camp. At these Boot Camps, loan officers focus their efforts on new products and programs and spend the day developing a marketing plan, material and advertising to take these hot new niche products direct to the marketplace.
How much commission can I earn?
Our aggressive pay plan pays extremely competitive commissions based on your knowledge, experience, and of course production.

Teammates you recruit may work under your personal direction, or you may simply recruit them for another branch across our growing network of affiliate branches. Once an associate is recruited in to the Company you have the potential to receive both management overrides and residual profit sharing bonuses off your recruit’s efforts. Transcontinental’s unique program allows you to build a small company inside your branch and earn management overrides for training and supporting your team, and long term profit sharing residual income by helping other branches grow.

“Interstate Training” conducts a custom Business and Marketing Seminar for Transcontinental Lending Group applicants. As the seminar is not a “promise of employment” it is required before you can be considered for a position.

 
2 packages are offered
  1. $118.00 for students experienced or inexperienced that have not completed their   Florida mandated 14 hour Continuing Education Credits (Transcontinental is a Florida based Corporations and Florida CEU credits are required for all new employees)
  2. $69.00 for students who have already completed the current required Florida 14 hour Continuing Education Credits (verifiable certificate will be required to be provided to Human Resources)

* “Now I am in the business where do I start?” the 5 DVD Home study course with interactive workbook may also be purchase separately for $99.00

Seminars will be offered in the Transcontinental Corporate Centers or will be broadcast  by  live meeting  monthly from the live Ft Lauderdale Class if there is not a location or class schedule in your location. Seminar dates , times and locations will be posted on the Transcontinental Events Calendar located @ www.tlg.bz

 
At the end of the Seminar you will receive a certificate of completion that will be forwarded to Human Resources and will assist in the determination of your hiring process.

 

Even if you do not qualify to be an employee of Transcontinental you will still gain a wealth of information as to how to make your career a success that you can take with you as well as your 14 hour Florida Continuing Education Credits.
